Welcome to House 108’s Terms and Conditions of use.  Your custom is important to us and we want you to be happy with everything you buy from us.  However, please remember that we are only human and sometimes things may still go wrong even with our best efforts.  This is why we have detailed below our terms of use, which will explain all rights.

CONDITIONS OF USE

All prices are quoted and charged for in UK pounds (sterling).  All products are subject to availability and may be withdrawn from sale without prior notice.  If for any reason an item ordered cannot be supplied then an alternative product may be offered.

To ensure swift delivery the relevant postage and packing charge for your country must be included in the payment.

GENERAL INFORMATION

When you place an order an automatic response will be sent to you to indicate that we have received your order.  This does not indicate that a contract exists between us.  We will indicate acceptance of your order and hence a contract between us, when we send you an email of acceptance of your order.  We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason.  In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable to you.

We do not accept liability for any indirect loss, consequential loss, loss of income, loss of data, or profit loss of damage to property and or loss from claims of third parties arising out of the use of this site or for any items or services purchased from us.

Every measure has been taken to provide accurate product images for each product on the site.  However, we cannot be held responsible or liable for any colour discrepancies between the image shown and the actual product, due to variable factors such as internet browsers, monitor colours and contrasts etc.

PAYMENT METHODS

Payment can only be made by paypal and is completed directly from the check out section.  Paypal has been chosen for its ease of use, security and reputation as a web based payment method.  If you are not a registered user of paypal then please click the paypal link, which will take you to the registration page.  This is a quick and simple process and is free of charge.  You can then pay using your credit or debit card.

Once goods have been paid for the order will be picked and dispatched to the address provided by you the customer.  No orders will be dispatched without payment being received.

DELIVERY ARRANGEMENTS

Your shopping basket displays the goods you have purchased and an indication of the delivery timescale.  We will notify you if your goods are not dispatched within this timescale.  Any delivery times quoted are estimates based on availability and normal delivery time in working days.

REGISTRATION

Registration is not required to use our website.  To speed up future purchases and avoid retyping your details you can register with us.  We will store your personal details securely with access protected by a user name and password.

NOTIFICATION OF CHANGES

If we change our Terms and Conditions or Privacy Notice we will post details of these changes on our Homepage so you are aware of them.
